广东阳西沙扒湾并不是我暑假之旅的第一波，不过刚去完回来，找铁趁热呢。在沙扒湾，自由行比较适合，这样能更好地感受小镇上的纯朴气氛。这则游记主要介绍美食、特产以及一些Tips。

当地人说：“来沙扒，不吃海鲜你来干嘛？游泳不如回游泳池游。”所以，我们来介绍一下沙扒的美食。

1.海鲜

通常跟团的游客都会比较怕麻烦，喜欢叫当地的三轮车司机带他们去觅食。但是，如果你遇上一个抽回拥的司机，你就会吃的比较贵了。而旅店都集中在附近，市场离旅店群不远，约15-25可以到了。所以，建议大家不要吝啬于向当地人问路，自己去市场挑选自己喜欢的海鲜。然后到写有“来料加工”的地方去请当地人烹调。

我自己去的是一家叫“煲仔饭”的地方，记忆中这家没店名的，不过有很大个“煲仔饭”的招牌。附近相邻只有两家，不难找。那老板娘超好人的，那打工的阿姨也不错，送汤给我们搞到自己被店里的婆婆骂了。 阅读全文…
